MISSION

Scope of Work (S.O.W.) strives to establish equity for young talent in New York’s creative industry. By removing barriers and providing access to pre-professional development resources, real world work experience, and holistic mentor relationships, we aim to close the opportunity gap for underrepresented young people and realize a diverse, impactful creative sector.

GOALS

Scope of Work (S.O.W.), a creative careers pathways organization serving non-dominant high school aged youth ages 16-24 years old. S.O.W. has designed an ecosystem that connects and supports young people to professional mentorship and network building within creative sectors.

 

S.O.W. aims the achieve the following goals:

Strengthen the conversation and investment in employment diversity in the creative community.

Position young people as the foundation of sustainability in the creative community.
